Korrosafe pipes can be stored, cut, and joined as per the needs of the project site.
Industrial uPVC Korrosafe provides years of maintenance-free service as compared to common and exotic metal systems. Our materials will not rust, pit, scale, or corrode on either interior or exterior surfaces. Thermoplastic piping systems in a variety of demanding industrial applications have operated successfully for over 45 years.
Industrial uPVC Korrosafe is immune to damage from naturally corrosive soil conditions as well as electrochemical and galvanic corrosion which often causes damage to metal piping products. High chemical resistance and advanced jointing techniques ensure safe and reliable potable water solutions.
Ashirvad Korrosafe pipes have a substantially lower ‘roughness factor’ as compared to metal and other underground materials. Hence our products do not rust, pit, scale or corrode; the interior walls remain smooth in virtually any service.
Our high-performance vinyl systems are designed to meet the service temperature, pressure, and size requirements of piping systems used across a wide variety of chemical processes and other industrial applications. Ashirvad Korrosafe pipes have a recommended maximum service temperature of 140°F (60°C) in pressure.
With a low thermal conductivity factor, Ashirvad Korrosafe systems have less heat loss or gain, thus sustaining service temperature more efficiently than metal piping. This reduces the need for pipe insulation and material protection for pipes installed underground.
Our manufacturing process for Ashirvad Korrosafe piping materials requires less than half the energy needed to produce the equivalent size of carbon steel or steel alloy materials. Energy conservation and optimization are at the heart of our strict quality, performance, and dimensional standards.
